Andoni Canela

Photographer, specialist in Nature, Environment and Biodiversity. He has been awarded the Godó Prize of Photojournalism 2009 for a project on the Iberian wolf. He has travelled the 5 continents taking photographs of glaciers, oceans, tropical forests, deserts and volcanoes. His journals, published in National Geographic and La Vanguardia are worthy of mention: Glaciers in Greenland, Polar bears or Tropical Amphibians facing climatic change. His photographs have also been published in other printed media such as GEO, Newsweek, Time, BBC Wildlife, New York Times and El País. He is the author of several photography books which have been published in different languages and his work has been shown in around twenty international exhibitions.
