This book contains work which has taken decades to complete. It is the first time that images of bears, wolves and lynxes photographed in the wild in their natural habitat have been printed. More than 200 colour photos with text written by their very own photographer which tell what happens behind the scenes: how the photographer approaches the animal and surprises him with the camera. There is also a prologue by Jordi Sargatal and texts by Eva van den Berg.

In order to take photos of wild animals in the wild, in their natural habitat, it is necessary to use camouflage techniques, use long distance lenses and especially, have a lot of patience in order not to disturb their environment and behaviour; relevant administrative authorizations are often necessary.
